To be eligible, you must:
Be a Ghanaian citizen or hold refugee status in Ghana
Have completed (or be finishing) a Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Upper

For PhD: You need a clear research proposal and must identify potential supervisors
Proof of citizenship (Ghana passport or national ID)
